bgdgo Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bgdgo platform — this is a binding agreement between you and us.

Important Notice: By registering on the bgdgo platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms apply only to individuals aged 21 or above.

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between bgdgo (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "bgdgo") and each individual who uses the platform (hereinafter referred to as the "user" or "you").

2. Account Registration

You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account, unless you can prove that unauthorized access occurred.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

bgdgo follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure a safe gaming environment. Before processing a withdrawal request, or for transactions above a certain amount, we may ask for the following documents:

  • Proof of ownership of a bank account or mobile banking account

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bgdgo offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

  • Wagering requirement on the bonus amount: 15 times (15x).
  • Wagering must be completed within the specified time after claiming the bonus.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
  • If the bonus is misused through multiple accounts, the accounts will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Program

bgdgo has three VIP tiers that reward regular players:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Users are promoted to higher VIP tiers based on consistent active participation and activity. The specific benefits of each tier are at bgdgo's discretion and are subject to change.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus offers apply only to eligible users.
  • bgdgo reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
  • Whether one promotion can be combined with another will be stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on bgdgo — cricket betting, slots, live casino and others — are governed by their own rules. Players are advised to read and understand the rules of each game in full before participating.

  • In sports betting, only bets placed before an event begins will be considered valid, unless live betting is explicitly stated.
  • If the outcome of a game is disputed due to a technical error, bgdgo's decision will be considered final.
  • RNG (Random Number Generator) based games ensure unbiased and fair results.
  • bgdgo reserves the right to monitor every game session to ensure fair play.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgdgo platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing the bonus system or conducting bonus arbitrage.

  • Using automated bots or software to conduct betting or gaming.
  • Collusion or conspiring with other players.
  • Using third-party payment methods.
  • Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.

Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, and all funds in the account may be confiscated.

  • Permission is granted to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any content on the platform without bgdgo's written permission is prohibited.
  • Content from third-party game providers is governed by their own intellectual property policies.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
